Rehab 360 provides rehabilitation case management and occupational therapy services, principally within the Compulsory Third Party (CTP), Lifetime Care and Worker's Care (iCare) Schemes.
Referrals outside of these funding schemes are also welcome. Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.
We accept self-referral, referral from family/carers, insurers, government and non-government services.
Intervention is evidence-based and cost effective to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Rehabilitation plans are developed to assist individuals to plan for things they want to do and achieve. This is completed in collaboration with the individual, family/carer, service providers and the relevant funding scheme.
All services are pre-approved before they are provided. Approved services are provided in a timely manner.
Services can be delivered either on a short or long-term basis.
